FAQ:
Q: Why can’t I see the charging mark on the APP?
A: We have installed a battery inside of the solar panel. The solar panel charges the built-in battery first, and then charges the camera battery after the built-in one is fully charged. The charging time for the Cam is only 5-15 mins, while charging the built-in battery takes at least 4 hours. So we can see the charging mark for only 10 ~20minutes in a day. And in the rest, we won’t see it.
Q: Why hasn’t the power of the camera increased after several days of use?
A: 1. Weather factors: cold, cloudy and overcast weather will affect the efficiency of solar energy.
2. The working frequency of the Cam. If the Cam is set with high sensitivity, and the power consumed every day exceeds the supply of solar energy, the power will reduce;
3. Angle and position of the solar panel: confirm whether the sun can irradiate the solar panel vertically at noon, and whether it is covered by branches or the shadow of the building.
