Q: Can I use hot water?

A: It starts to form a pH value of more than 8.5 after about one minute. The ORP level will decrease to -100mV to – 600mV after about 10 minutes Q: The PH level went back to tap water levels after using a while. Why?
The mineral balls in the filter will oxidize after a certain time of use. This is normal. You need to clean the filter. How to Clean the Filter - Put 3 tablespoons of vinegar into the bottle
- Fill up the bottle with water until the filter is completely submerged
- Leave it in for 3 minutes
- The filter will be restored. Clean and rinse out bottle before use
