Our patenting pending portable generator shed is designed for simple, quick and reliable operation to cover your generator. With flat aluminum roof on the top and the steel tube frame at each corner, our shed has less wind tipping effect than the doomed roof with plastic or fabric and thus are more stable in windy conditions. Also the hard aluminum roof can stand more snow or rain load in storm weather. Fully assembled for delivery, it does not require assembly or set up, simply wrap and paste the provided velcro loop onto the generator frame and the velcro hook on the inner surface of the aluminum roof, then sit the whole shed onto the generator frame and the shed is ready for operation. Since our generator shed acts as both the generator storage shed and the generator running cover, it can protect your generator against the wind, rain and snow in both storage and running condition so you don’t need to move out/move in the generator from your garage each time you use it. Just place your generator in a permanent location in your backyard for both storage and running, it saves your time, space and effort each time you need to run your generator. Our Generator Shed (Generator Running Cover) can fit generator with Max. 33″ length & Max. 28″ width. It is about 24″ high. Since our shed sits on top of the generator frame, so your generator’s height should be more than 24″, if your generator is less than the 24″ height, then put a layer of patio step stones (you can get them in Home Depot or Lowes) on the ground to rise your generator’s height so our shed can sit on your generator and also have some clearance off the ground. We also designed this shed with the purpose of leaving some clearance off the ground at the bottom so it will not be fully buried into the heavy snow and get frozen with the snow in freezing temperature in winter.
Simple converting between storage and running – Our covers allows you to store and run the generator at the same outdoor location. It acts as a generator enclosure for storage when all side covers are fully closed and as a generator tent for running when all sides are opened, thus avoid the move in/out time and also save your garage space.
Quick coupling/decoupling to generator – The whole shelter is coupled and decoupled to generator’s top frame by a pair of Velcro loop and hook. The whole portable generator shelter can be separated from the generator with just a simple lift by the handle on top.
Aluminum roof supported by steel tube frame – Very durable metal structure against rain or snow, also more stable against side overturn due to less side surface for wind pressure.
Mobility and easy to carry – With a folding handle on top, the whole shelter can be folded to flat with steel tube frame and all four-side fabric covers folded to inside the aluminum top cover for easy carry around and transportation.
